A response to "Anonymous"
I don't normally pay a lot of attention to the anon comments here. but this one, showing up earlier today, deserves a response of its own.
>There was a time when Poet's commentary on politics was entertaining.
Perhaps. But after about the tenth show it got real repetitive.
>But his never ending rants at Commander Bunny only make Commander Bunny a bigger personality than ever before.
Only on the internet. Poet has not been heard on shortwave lately, except for a relayed show or two. He didn't say anything on these shows of any importance.
>Were on [sic] to believe any of what Poet says, and I don't, you'd have to believe that Commander Bunny is the single most powerful entity in Pirate Radio.
How so? Poet and his fan club insist that Commander Bunny, who they believe is the same person as "Pat Murphy," is responsible for all sorts of mayhem, including alerting the FCC to Gregory Brown's pirate radio station, which resulted in him getting a "Notice of unlicensed operation" letter from them.
>One would be an idiot to piss off someone that powerful.
I don't understand this line of thought at all. I always thought that one of the main principles of pirate radio was to rebel against authority, to make a voice against the "powerful." People involved in pirate radio are by definition "pissing off the powerful."
>Personally I see a lot of jealousy from the people who are critical of Commander Bunny.
Well, this may be the case in part. There are a lot of egos in the radio business, and in pirate radio, it seems like these egos are much more uninhibited (and often times they're under the influence of illicit substances).
>Face it, the guy is the biggest name in Pirate Radio.
Commander Bunny may think so. Does anyone else? This whole dispute is caused by a bunch of boys playing "I've got the biggest dork" and CB is just as guilty of playing the game as Guy Faux, Poet, and all the other socks and slurpers.
>Lot of credit for that goes to Poet, NRS, Guise and the other people who have tried to demonize Commander Bunny.
Guy Faux et. al. have done nothing to make Commander Bunny more popular or "bigger" in the pirate radio scene. On the contrary, their actions, and Bunny's reactions, and all of Poet's whining and spamming have disillusioned a lot of people in this scene. All this shit does nothing but make damn near everyone else chuckling and/or pitiful at this dumb "I have the biggest dork so I have to have the last word" contest.
>I'm just a listener, not picking sides, but its clear that Commander Bunny is jerking all of your chains, and you're not bright enough to see it. I have lost trust and respect for Chris Smolinski who has allowed his H.F. Underground site to become a dumping ground for trash from these people. What a shame. Started off good, but went down the tubes. Please stop, it serves no purpose, and only makes pirate radio look bad.
Ya, Chris has allowed socks to infiltrate his board, and has not called Poet on spamming his blog all over the place. The same thing happened to the frn as well. In fact, it was worse over there.
All of the participants in this dispute are equally guilty. Commander Bunny and the Poet caused Guy Faux and countless trolls to crawl out of the woodwork. The message to CB and the Poet should be: if you want to blame someone for this mess, look in the mirror.

Punk Poetry (jta tells it like it is)
Jta of Belfast fame
told us today that John Poet is lame.
The crying babe on 6925
Through all the crackle and noise, said he,
Poet is whining about the FCC.
"Murphy's a snitch and that isn't funny,
I was turned in by that fuckin' bunny."
He says he has friends but his head's full of rocks,
his blogs are all full of trolls and socks.
He whines like a girl and quickly calls "snitch,"
he thinks he is king but he's really a bitch.
Beware of the baby from Lansing named Greg,
he'll poop in your hat and pee on your leg.

(Thanks to my good friend t for this.) Hey, in case anyone wants it, here's the base recipe for survival bars. add dried fruit, etc. (nuts can go rancid): 4 cups enriched flour, 2 cups vegetable shortening, 2 cups sugar, 1 cup honey, 1 cup cornstarch, 4 tbls vanilla extract. mix, spread on cookie sheet, bake 25 min at 350F. when cooled, divide into 20 bars and vaccum-seal. each bar will have abt 400 calories; shelf-life around 5 years.

Funny cry babies!
Alex is in jail this week so he's asked me to keep an eye on things here on his internet home. The comments have been very interesting! I think most of them are fake, though.
Speaking of fake, have you noticed that it seems that all the anonymous postings on that other sock puppet blog are from one or two people? It's always a couple of loud mouthed babies who post over and over to try and make whatever they're crying about appear important. For the longest time, all we've heard from John Poet is a thousand whiny posts about why Commander Bunny is bad. Not once has he ever posted anything constructive about pirate radio since he lost the so-called pirate war.
It's really hilarious to see how these one or two babies get poopie pants when Commander Bunny posts another one of his ridiculous, over the top messages complete with equally ridiculous graphics. Some people can't realize the joke's on them!
Thank you for all the funny comments, even if most of them are fake!
Talk to you soon,
CJ
